Default I'm Back

From an 08' ISF ( it was an opportunity to meet JoeZ ) to 2010 LSsport to 13' 911 Carrera S to 14' GTR (545 HP) now I'm back to 15' RCF performance package. No regrets at all. My wife used to drive a 09' LS 460 to 12' S550 ( it was a mistake to purchase this car ) now 15' LS460 Crafted Line Edition. I just want to let the members know that I am happy to be back. No more european cars for me.

I just joined this site to respond to this thread.

I have narrowed down my choices to between the RC F or a used DBA GT-R.
I have not yet been able to test drive or even ride in a GT-R, but I did test drive the RC F on Friday, and I really liked how smooth the overall driving experience and engine are. I liked the isolation. I think I like the look of the RC F better except for the oversized grill.

However, please share as much detail as you can comparing these two cars please!

Thanks all! Here's what I can say about the DBA GTR.
Pros :
- It's a beast it's so quick
- When it comes to handling it's a
contender.
- 90% of the time it's a guy magnet and 10% it's a chick magnet lol
- They always take a picture or video of your car.

Cons :
- Ride quality is so stiff even if you're in comfort mode.
- You would always hear a clanking sound inside the the transmission.
- 1500 mi I have a transmission leak

The RCF have a better ride and sound system compared to the GTR.

Cool and thanks for the info.
Beautiful pics!

So, the actual feeling in your gut when accelerating hard, can you compare between the two a bit more?

I'm assuming comfort. The porsche isn't exactly comfortable for driving around a lot compared to a Lexus! They are both AMAZING cars though.

The question is, what car sounds the best with an exhaust? :P

I agree with the comfort point.

I own a porsche cayman S too and I rarely drive it since I got the rcf... the comfort & power in the RCF makes driving the porsche a choir.

but... I do state that there is still no better car than porsche in the market... the go kart experience and the precise handling is intoxicating.

Lol, kareem you want to talk about the go kart experience, go from the Porsche OR RCF & jump in a 00' Viper & FEEL the Difference!
