Default RC350 - Wheel Alignment

My lexus dealer just told me that they cannot do the wheel alignment because I lowered my car. Does this make sense? because they did it in the past and all of sudden they won't do it.
They also said my front camber cannot be adjusted..what does this mean?

Not true. Take it to another dealer.

I've had mine aligned both while on springs and later on coils by the local dealer here in Cali

Unless they mean they don't have the proper lift for it. That's different.

Im lowered wit just rsr springs, my friend works at Lexus and the front camber cant be adjusted unless with aftermarket camber plate etc, it was only .1-.2 degree off. the rears camber also was not adjustable had to get 2 aftermarket arms. Every car is different some camber might be alittle off and some more than others. caster and toe is what there mainly able to do.

The dealer may have told you this because are scared to damage your car because they can't get your car (if its too low) on their equipment. I highly doubt it tho...any good tech could just juse some wooden blocks and get it done.

I got my first alignment at the dealer at 5K miles after dropping my car and told them up front. My only regret was that I could have got it for free and instead I paid.

You can see on their site, that alignments are free if you haven't modified the vehicle....but I am 100% sure if I hadn't told them, they would have just done it. FYI

Gluck!
