I'm not sure you but might be able to somehow special order the RC350 with the RCF triple beam headlights. You'll have to check with Lexus. As far as the RCF wing, you won't be able to get it as an option from the factory on an RC350 but if you REALLY want it, anything is possible and you could find an RCF trunk/wing assembly, install it and then wire it up to work.

Unfortunately, dealers will not be able to order the RCF triple-L headlights for you from the factory on a RC350. To have them install it after getting the car would be very expensive ($6K+). Also, you'd need a new LED daytime running light strip since they are small incandescent bulbs on the RC350 integrated within the headlight rather than integrated in the strip on the RCF. I'm willing to bet that Lexus will offer it as an option on the RC350 in the refresh in a few years.
Same with the rear trunk spoiler...dealer can't order it installed at the factory, and it would be a very expensive add-on later. Not only will you need a new trunk, but there are motors involved to raise and lower it. You're better off ordering an aftermarket one or saving up for the RCF.

Bumper does look good!
Looks like a one-off custom mod, removed the plastic bear claws, and filled the holes they require, and blacked out or cut out the inner most recess of the vent.
