Headlight adjustments

I had lowered my car with Tanabe nf210

wanted to adjust the leveling of the headlights.

Do i need to go to the dealer for this or can i do it on my own?

Please Help!

The dealer will make any adjustment for free(Lexus pays dealer)if it's within 6 months of purchase.
