Like to know if the RCF bumper would fit.

I cannot confirm if the RC-F cover would fit. If the sheet metal is the same I could only "guess" and say yes. But it needs to be confirmed.

Nice DIY bro! Now if I can just get someone with an RCF to do a DIY I can change my rear reflectors to LEDs like I did with my ISF.

I would venture to say the RC-F comes off exactly the same way. Toyota does not change design model to model. Not cost effective. Plus they are built on the same line and having the same mounting points insures quality.

I understand Toyota bumper covers better than most because I work in the injection molding dept. of TMMK home of the Camry, Avalon, Venza and this fall the Lexus ES. They all share the same basic design.
This is to preceed the F-Sport exhaust swap. Other mfg's rear exhaust kits coming out soon may also use this Lexus round tip diffuser as well.
The diffuser has 8 clips and 4 push pins to attach it to the bumper cover that cannot be reached any other way but by removing it. I tried and its just not possible to get any type of tool needed to remove the clips in the space available. This was a 5 minute job for me once I understood the attachment points and type of fasteners. So follow this and feel comfortable in doing this very easy procedure.
Thank you! Quick question can I remove the diffuser without removing the bumper cover?

I need to replace the drivers side rectangular wing clip pictured above as well as the next clip behind this the rectangular clip, appears to be circular. Does anyone know the Lexus/Toyota part numbers for these clips?

@Pearlrider or anyone else, can you confirm this is the same way the bumper cover is removed for a 3IS (2014-2017)?

Thanks Pearlrider for a great write up! I was wondering: is it easier with the vehicle on a lift? Or can the bumper be removed just the same with the vehicle on the ground?

Yea this is very basic and easy DIY....no lift needed. I was nervous trying this but everything went smoothly. Why did you take it off tho....bumper light mod?

Thanks for the quick reply and reassurance! Good to know. I got a pair of smoked reflectors (no LEDs tho) that will replace the bright red ones. Looks like the only way to remove the reflectors is to remove the bumper. Thanks again man!

Heres what the reflectors with sequential programming look like. I had to replace my tinted fiber optic ones recently due to the wires failing over time. The new set seems to include a thicker gauge wire and I rewired everything better.

Below is a link for the rear bumper removal video as well:
