RC 350 F and AWD spotted in Fontana CA
So I saw these two RCs driving up Cherry from the speedway.
I can only imagine they were doing some kind of testing there...

I didn't even think to look at the headlights.
I saw them coming up the road..and at first I was like "Look at that grille". Then I was like "Hey...that is an RC." I caught up to the red one...the first one I saw, then I saw the second one right next to it. It was cool.
I thought they were going to turn into a Vons parking lot above the signal where I took the picture so I could check out the cars. Instead, they flipped a U turn and headed back south.
One of the things I did notice when looking at the white one, the F sport, is that the swooshes under the lights did not look as bad as I would have thought they would. The grill sticks out a bit when looking directly from the side though...it is like the painted surface stops, then the grille continues to curve outward. I didn't think it was going to look like that. Not that it is bad, just not what I expected.
Sure wish I would have had more time to check them out and get more pictures though.

So hard to judge without seeing one lowered with fatter rubber.
The gills on the rear are not my fave but they can be rendered obscure by getting the car in obsidian or nebula. For lighter colors they can be color matched to make them less visible as well. The more adventurous modder can take their car to a skilled body man to remove and fill in the space where the gills once resided.
You can see I have been thinking about those gills.
I'm not that fond of them either.

Best street pics or real world photos yet. Thanks for sharing. From everything I've followed on here, it's looking better and better. The rear gills don't bother me, as I feel they fit the sporty persona of this body style. The more (fake) breathing, the sportier.
