Gearing plays a significant role as well. It's the main reason why there's a noticeable difference in 0-60 times between the 2nd Gen IS350 and the 3rd Gen IS350, despite both cars having the same engine and only a 70 pound difference between the two.

I can do most of that no problem. Only part I probably cant do right away is the tuning part. I have some Vossen CVTs with my name on them waiting to be picked up. After the purchase of those, I will have to wait a little while before dumping $300-400 into dyno tuning.

In for updates as well, i would like to see/hear some real world feedback on this.
Curious how something like this would adjust for the AFR changes running a small nitrous system.

We have never run the car on a drag strip, we track test and dyno tune, the 1/4 mile can have too many variables to matter. The car has been running great and our last outing at the track the biggest inconvenience we found was the transmission. It gets too hot so we are working on a better cooling solution. As for dyno's, I will have to find the sheets again, it has been months since we did ours, no need to dyno again unless we find a better tune. If anything the most compelling dyno you have is from a customer of ours on this forum - https://www.clublexus.com/forums/per...dyno-test.html
He saw a 6 HP improvement max but we increased power across the whole power band and fix some of the torque dips that we and others have seen. I have a dyno that shows 14 HP increase at 6200 RPMs, honestly a number of factors that favor us are present in the dyno. I would rather take 5 customer dynos that show less horse power but prove we are not BSing you that power is made. Our setup for exhaust and intake are different and custom, that is were we are seeing power get made with our box. The Power Manager can be tuned so all you need to do is get it to a shop with a dyno and tweak the hell out of our stock map to suit your car. Your car may even really like the stock tune and you get as much power as we do.
This is not 1995, we are not tuning OBDII, this is CANBUS with advanced ECU firmware. We know we make power, it is made across the whole power band, and it can be tuned by you, post purchase. Not too many people can do that and not have the ECU nerf it 100 miles later, our Lexus Power Manager does not get ECU nerf'd, it never will. Take it from happy customers in that thread and else were on this forum.

I have not heard of anyone using nitrous with our piggy, it can be tuned to run with it as all of our tables are open for modification. We have just started getting to work on the trans cooler and are still working out the best solution with the least hardware. It keeps the price down and the amount of cutting and drilling down. With the Lexus we think that is what our customers will want.

Let us know when you are ready, we would love to find out how much extra power you are going to get with headers and the box. Do you have an intake and exhaust set up already?
