Default aristo swap not turning over

i dont even know where to start as far as troubleshooting
everything is wired up and hooked up correctly.i can hear it fire and try to start but it just wont turn all the way over.. anyone ever run into this or have an idea of where i should start? been 3 weeks ive been working on this and im almost done just need some outside experience..

also something noteworthy i installed a walbro gss342 255 fuel pump and when im trying to start it i can hear it working only when the car is trying to turn over not on the acc on position and it doesnt try to fire...

but with the oem pump is when the car actually attempts to turn over and almost gets to the point where it will...

when i removed the feed line from the fuel pump hanger with the oem pump fuel dribbles out of it like it shud but with the walbro when i discnnect the feed line nothing comes out as if its not pumping anything out but i hear it pumping which is the weird part
thanks guys
