I have it installed currently, the blue version. The color looks gorgeous in person and on the car. Be sure you know what you're getting though, as the car will become insanely quiet, much much quieter than the stock f-sport. I'm on the fence between keeping mine vs. getting a greddy intake.

That sucks. Why does it become so quiet?

The stock intake has an extra pipe that is directed towards the interior, so when the air goes through the main intake, some of it gets channeled through the other pipe and amplifies the sound, that's why you hear it so loud past 4k. The joe z pipe is just a smooth aluminum pipe, as simple as it gets, which has no openings but is super smooth so the air has no interruption, thus giving you a smoother delivery which you might feel depending on your sensitivity to such things. It's not 100% silent, but it's boring compared to the stock intake. If you're looking for performance gains, it definitely gives you the most gain of any intake, but no way you will notice 3-5 hp in your seat... It's one of those mods where you think it kinda did something, but you're not too sure, so you keep on wondering. But that's for you to decide if it's worth a try, and the price is ok. Maybe on an ISF it would do more, but on our cars there really is nothing to be done for power, they are what they are. However, If you're looking for sound, and not just some cheap cold air civic crap, get a short ram like Greddy and you'll dig every second of it. I'm not 100% if Greddy does it, but my takeda got a bit rattly past 6k rpm, and i heard someone else saying the same. Also, don't get a takeda because their metal clamps will eat through the soft silicone couplers over time (those who doubt that, take yours off and check it out!).
