Default Home made catch can

Hello everyone

Im new to the forums and a new owner to a 2010 lexus is250 awd in white.Bought it with 21k about 6 months ago and currently has 32xxx. Im located in chicago il and have been messing around with cars since i was 16..Has my fair share of fast cars that sucked in mpg so eventually had to settle for something more normal that doesn't put a hole in my wallet.

Well anyways i made a home made catch can using husky compressor filter, some fittings, and a few feet of hose.

Here is the final product.Works like a charm! installed it 2wks into owning the car and emptied it out 4 times so far. went to detroit and back,st louis and back and no hick-ups at all

Anyone else find it disturbing that the IS250 has THAT MUCH blow-by?

Holy hell that is a lot of oil, I'll have to check my sisters catch can system that I installed last weekend to see how much oil it has collected in a week.
