I did all of that buddy. I got error code p0141 heater bank 1 sensor 2. Which is the o2 sensor however it's just weird that only after the intake was put on that it started bogging. Also the obd reader said engine lean. But how if its only an intake? It can't make that much a difference can it?

hold on.. are u talking about a cold air/short ram intake or are u talking about the actual intake manifold? also what mods do u have? header? ANY cold air/short ram shouldn't cause that problem unless your boosted and tuned or something like that.

Short ram intake. Got codes p0141 heater bank 1 sensor 2. Also said Engine lean. Could it be the new induction plus a bad O2 that can make my car bog?

So guess what the problem was guys. Not even the 02 sensors had anything to do with it. The MAF say too high on the intake which incorrectly read the air. Returning the intake to the manufacturer tomorrow

thats really weird must be a lose hole or air somewhere in the lines, check everything over again and if all fails either maf sensor issue or you have to switch back to oem.
