Default E-shift tranny problems please help

Ok I have a 04 na-t is300 running on e-manage b , it has a dragon torque converter stall set at 2800 also has a toyomoto vb upgrade I just recently (2 weeks) flushed the trans with redline d4 synthetic ATF now its idk if you'd call it slipping but not catching from 2nd to 3rd only way it'll shift is if you let of the pedal and bring it down to about 15mph . It's not throwing any cel's . Would love to get some input on this before I buy a new tranny .

My information may be wrong, but I read somewhere online that you can only run the OEM transmission fluid from Toyota, and any other fluids may damage the transmission. Might want to look into that.

Good luck.
