I got mine in the ashtray. Hollowed it out carefully with a dremel. Ashtray still opens and closes to conceal!

I had it in a custom pod in my ashtray on my old GS....That was nice since you could close it when you didn't want to see it and then it was still easy to reach being in the driver seat.

mine was under the steering wheel assembly. near your knee.

btw how did you wire up your Neo if you dont mind me asking??

^That's cool; you were still able to retain your cigarette lighter. I had to re-route mine (I use it as another power outlet) into the glove compartment as the Apexi Neo takes up the entire area of that ashtray assembly.

i took out the disc changer and put both the neo and rev speed meter in there dont have pics right now in mexico for work

Which is a good location as once you've got it tuned well, you don't really need immediate access to it all the time anyway.
