become a reseller for HKS and market your plug and play harness with some instructions and you'll make bank.

I've always suspected power to 7000 rpm and if this provides the ability for that adjustment + af the fuel curve I'm definitely gonna try it for a full NA tune too.

300+ whp all motor!!! I cant wait.

You're correct on 7000 rpm.
My ride produces 20 BHP from 6000 to 6500 rpm.
I suspect that there is a lot more from 6500 to 7000

OHhhh, I just thought that maybe you'd want to get your valve spring recall done before adjusting the redline to 7k.

Wouldnt want float or one of those bad boys to snap....

You know my wife and I were talking about that a little while ago ^^^^. But if it happens it happens. I'll fix it. I'm not one to take my car in for much. I've fixed alot of TSB's myself and paid for the parts just because its more of a hassle to "unmod" the car before I take it in. My local dealership will not touch the car if its been modded with anything other than Lexus Fsport parts.

On another note:

Ive been getting alot of PM's about this so I've turned that feature off. Keep it in the thread.
To awnser some questions,
HKS japan makes a Supercharger GT kit for the GSE21. This is the IS350.JP ver and the Crown.JP ver.
This ECM (HKS f-con iS) was pretuned by HKS.JP NOT HKS.usa.
HKS usa fails period. They do not know there product nor try to learn it. They never awnsered any emails and there network of vendors are just parts pushers. They care nothing about aftermarket performance.
HKS japan sent the F-Con iS with a harness and a jumper harness. I wired into the jumper harness using the factory OEM ECM pinout that you can find on many websites.
This made the kit plug and play with about 2hrs of wiring.

I did nothing but get the hell away from us lazy american's and contact HKS japan. They know there product and our Lexus IS350's. They awnsered all my questions and will awnser yours.

So to sum it up, The HKS GSE21 kit is direct bolt on supercharger @8lbs of boost. The HKS f-con iS is plug and play if you can read a pinout diagram. Unit works flawless.

Did you buy a complete kit from hks? And does the wiring go all the the inside of the car? Just asking cause in the picture it in the engine bay.

It is a complete kit from HKS.
Front mount intercooler
Piping
Brackets
Belt
Oil cooler for the supercharger (no tapping needed, the supercharger has an internal oil pump)
All electronics
Got the kit for 2K and had it shipped EMS for $250.00. Shipping took 5 days. Retail is $6K
If you don't ask for the jumper harness to be left alone then it will come wired and you'll have to move a few pins around but really that may be easier than wiring yourself.
All that wiring you seen was only exposed so I could take a picture of the harness for y'all.
The ECM cover closes and makes it look factory.

The only issue I've ran into is the harness is short because in Japan the glove box is on our driver side (right hand drive) so the harness only makes it to the dash under the steering wheel. I just had to fab a braket to mount it under the dash. Kinda a PITA.

BTW, I don't have the supercharger installed yet but I do have the HKS F-con iS running. Ive driven about 1K miles on it. No CEL yet. But this thing is a pig now. It runs great until you go to about 60% throttle then the AFR goes to 10.0 and holds until redline (7K )

Can't wait til I get time to bolt this on. Alittle boost will lean it out just right.

HKS claims : 350whp and 320wtq ( This is with the HKS drop in filter and HKS axle back exhaust)(Thats right it uses the OEM air box, LOL)

413 flywheel HP = IS-F hmmmmmmmmm for only 5K.

This would be a cheaper option than buying an IS-F with a better HP to weight ratio than the IS-F

IS350 - 86lbs per HP
IS-F - 91lbs per HP

Food for thought

Pretty amazing work. Like you said, its mostly a direct bolt on, but here in the US, it looks like a ton of custom work, when in fact, it isnt. Im happy to see someone taking the effort to use the extensive amount of japanese aftermarket parts. Pretty awesome. I cant wait to see the end result.

Was hoping for the first IS350 to hit the 400HP club without nitrous...

HKS claims 350WHP with boost? Doesn't the Tom's and LMS SC give the same output?
