Moved to the Performance and Maintenance section.
ky4062, I only see you pointing to one vacuum line on the Y-manifold. That one connection actually goes to another spot on the same piece of aluminum before it connects to the curved upper intake that comes from the side of the engine. It looks to me like you are pointing to the hose with the cap-off nipple on it (which is not a factory setup). If you are pointing to the hose that is just to the side of the three color-coded hose connections on top of the throttle body that's different.
I'll shoot you a couple of pictures.
For hose, go to a local auto parts supply store (not Autozone or Pepboys... they won't have it) or go online and pick up some Gates #27042 hose. Should be 5/32nds inner-diameter like the OEM vacuum hoses. Or you can bring the section of old hose to a Toyota parts counter and they can match it for you at whatever length you want.
