Default tranny differences?

is there any differenc between the supra and sc300 5spd tranny??? i mean i know they are the exact same tranny and all but i wonder if the supra has a more aggressive gear ratio set towards acceleration compared to the sc300.. it would make sense to me that the sc300 tranny would be a little watered down to make it run smoother then anything.. to make it a more comfy ride.. sometimes when i drive my girl friends sc300 it feels as if i were sitting in a automatic car because it drives so smooth.. and i doubt that the N/A supra drives that smooth.. so that made me think a little bit more about the differenced there in the tranny..
