Lol yeah I'm sure, triple checked that part. It ran fine before the filter change but now it doesn't want to start. I also don't hear the fuel pump turn on anymore and when I removed the filter to see if it was clogged or something it didn't squirt out fuel like before

Well the problem as coincidentally as it may look is in the tank at the pump.

Agree. Check your fuse or relay first.

Also, do you 100% sure that you installed the O ring that goes between the filter and pump? On the GS between the filter and pump is a O ring. You maybe forget to installed back. I maybe wrong.

Not sure since I have a sc300, and I never touched the pump only the filter. I don't remember there being any O ring either

I know you have to cycle the key ON for 3 seconds then OFF then repeat 3 times to get fuel pressure back into the line u emptied.. sounds simple but maybe you just need fuel pressure to build up

Yes i did cycle the key and nothing, fuses/relays are new since i changed them. Im 100% sure its the pump that gave out since i tried to turn it on and it worked but only for a short time since i messed with the pump connections in the tank but now its back to square one. But i ordered a new pump which will get here on thursday

Have you tried bypassing the fuel pump ecu and supplying voltage to your pump directly? You should be able to accomplish this through your engine bay diagnostic connector

Yeah i tried that a couple days ago and went back to the 12V mod and it started right up! Seems like the pump ecu crapped out or something
