A/C problem
What's up SC fans? Replaced outside air temperature sensor today. Correct outside temp now displayed. However a/c still only blows cold on max. When I adjust it to a warmer temp it blows hot. Check refrigerant level and all good. What's on the inside behind the 1'' square?

The cabin temp. sensor is behind that 1" square.
I would start by looking at the heater control valve and seeing if the actuator's rod is improperly moving through its full range of motion when you adjust the temperature just a bit. Another possibility would be the blend door, but I have no idea how to troubleshoot that.

Questions?
Could the cabin air temperature sensor be causing the a/c to change from ice cold to hot when I try to adjust the climate control ****? I'll be checking the heater when I get home.

Max cool/Max heat problem
Did you ever resolve what was wrong with your system?
I have the same problem and have searched the archives for heater control valve, various sensors, air mix servomotor assembly and the climate control unit itself. I am leaning toward it being a problem with the air mix damper position/servomotor assembly. Maybe someone can share their experience with this problem.
