Driver side headlight low beam won't work
Driver side headlight low beam won't work but all other lights do in the same housing and on passenger side? Its not the bulb i just bought new ones Also just removed hid kit maybe I'm missing something I don't want to think its bad wiring bc that'll be a pain but its a potential suspect. Has anyone been through this situation? Thanks in advance. 99 sc300

Probably the ballast.
If you don't know what brand of ballast the PO bought, it's best to just replace the ballast and bulb at the same time. I'm currently running 3 sets of Morimoto Ballasts and bulbs in the high beams, low beams, and fog lights. I personally like them, they're the most solid set of ballasts and relays I've purchased.
I've found that if you don't know when the ballast was bought or what brand of ballast you have it's best to replace it and the bulbs if you ever have a failure.

I put in the OEM headlight housing and the light still isnt coming on even though I'm bypassing the ballast. Theres no harness that has changed the original set up either you just have the ballast sitting there Does this make any sense ?
