Alright so tackled this today on New Years, took about all day but I got the motor very hot drained all the oil right after I shut the car off took the covers off while still hot so sludge can be removed sprayed it down with brake cleaner then cover it in oil to flush the reminiscence out and wiped off with a towel did this like 6 times and took the baffles off the covers cleaned the **** out of those changed oil filter and cold cranked the car like 4 times w/o the EFI relay to prelube everything started it let it run for like 30 minutes... car drives much better and sound better better idle etc.. gunna change oil again in 250 miles and will replace the pcv valve

YES, Waiting on the 250mi mark to do another oil change, run it again change oil, run it and then pull it for the build. Still debating on whether or not to put an additive or ATF in the OIL before changing it again... People swear on ATF and Nuetra but im not entirely convinced just dont want any gunk pieces clogging an oil passage or squirter...

Im almost 100% sure this was a PCV (ventilation) issue as the oil particles in the air were not going anywhere and sticking to the head / cam. I know a lot of JDM motors come in like this or worse after researching its a fairly common occurrence. My bottom end looked great and not much sludge build up in the sump
