Default Methodical Plan of Action For Modifications

I want some experienced or knowledgeable non vvti JZGE heads to give suggestion on my future mod list for performance not including things like turbo or lsd or supra drift steering kits.

Stage 1 version 0
Full exhaust = Header TestPipe Y Pipe with dual
resonators and dual mufflers. I may at this time polish the exhaust ports but not enlarge or reshape them in any way only polish.
Stagr 1 version 1
Transmission line pressure increase/digital fuel psi guage/digital oil psi gauge/Digital volts gauge/grounding kit
Stage 1 ver 2
12Volt Mod to fuel wiring/255 pump/410CC/1uzfe v8 MAF I know that 410cc is near or slightly less than 440cc but unless every one elects against 410cc and v8 with out a piggy back otherwise I'm running it
Stage 1 version 3
Solid motor and transmission mounts/ motor oil ooler and relocator kit/Automatic fluid cooler and magnetic filter/TRD oil cap/magnetic drain plugs

Stage 1 version 4
Air Fuel Ratio meter /Direct Port Nitrous Injection / Progressive Controller/ Cam Gears

Stage 2 would consist of a STANDALONE or map ecu piggy back if applicable and compatible /limited slip differential/ torque converter /behive springs/ schnieder regrinds /arp studs and TT gasket and other cooling components

Stage 3 would be to swap in a 1jzgte head and single ssnail
And if my car would be smoked by ssomething wfowith its interior intact and fully functional controls in the same weight class for less money spent only then would i tip my hat and call quits
