Default 1993 Lexus sc400 upgrades?

Any ecu chips or bolt on parts? Only mod I have is an Injen CAI. My 1uzfe (non-vvti) is at 250hp stock, I would be satisfied with at least 300hp

Hey, Im no expert on the 400, but like most other engines they respond well to a free flowing exhaust, and headers. Also make shure your cai is really a cai. Short ram intakes that breathes from the engine bay can perform really poor.

The chips that I have found have not looked very interesting, and are pricey. Some use piggybacks, myselfe, Ill go for a programable EFI of some sort.

However, the best performance "upgrade" I ever did was simply unplugging my MAF. Im about to do some research with AF ratios etc to try and find out why. I have a wideband coming my way, Ill post the results in my journal.

As with most cars, its mostly about the amount of money you want to spend, and your level of being able to do the upgrades mechanically. Supercharger and turbo upgrades are available.
