moved to performance and maintenance.
Welcome to CL. there should just be 2 bolts to remove it 10mm in size.
the hoses yeah they tend to mold on there pretty good over time, likely you may have to break/cut the hose and replace it with a new one. likely if its that hard to remove its broken or about to break anyways.

On my '94, they're 12mm nuts holding the IACV housing to the intake manifold, same as all the other manifold nuts and bolts, but yeah, just the two of them.
My IAC hoses were also extremely tough to remove. I didn't like how much prying it required to get off the big one that connects up to the air intake, fearing I would eventually brake off that plastic barb. The closest hose I could find was slightly oversized heater hose, but it snugged up well enough with some metal screw clamps. Now, it's easy to remove it at either end when pulling out the air intake.
The hose between the IAC and coolant fill port is unlikely to be salvageable if you have to remove it. There's so little length to the run, you have to twist or cut it out of there. I was able to find a standard coolant line replacement for it.

Thanks for the info!!! I thought I was going crazy. Lol. Just going to cut them off. Also I'm doing this because my idle loops from 1500 to 2000 and back on park or neutral. Also it accelerates by itself. Have gone all the way up to 40 before without pressing the gas at all. Any info on that guys?

guess it was 12mm, half the car is 12mm the other half is 10mm... lol. yeah check the tension on the accelerator cable at idle it shouldn't be too tight as to be opening the throttle. sounds more like it could be the IACV is stuck in the open/start position, so yeah take it out and have a good look at it maybe see if you can turn and free up the plunger thing if its stuck. wd40 helps.
