Trans Mount replacement?
#2
Lexboggy,
It's easy. After jacking the car up, support the tranny with a floor jack. Next, remove the four bolts that attach the tranny mount to the cross member support bracket. Then, remove the four bolts that attach the cross member support to the chassis. The cross member support should then come off; remember the floor jack is supporting the transmission now. The tranny mount is still attached to the tranny. Remove it and reinstall the new one in reverse order.
