Default 2jzgte hard start when warm

So ive been battling this issue for quite some time now. Im having issues starting the car after it has warmed up. Ive replaced the coolant temp sensor, tested ignitor, changed fuel filter, bypass fuel dampener, replaced fuel pump, and replaced crank sensor. Im also not getting any diagnostic codes. This issue just happened out of the blue. I thought it was fuel related so but ive adjusted the fuel tables for starting with not much luck. Ive leaned and richen the fuel tables out with no luck. Im using a base map from map ecu and have leaned out the map. Idles at 14.7-15.0. Too lean and it doesnt seem like it wants to fire up, too rich and im flooding the cylinders. The only way ive been able to start it is pull one injector plug off and crank the car a few times to get it started. I would assume a faulty injector. The car runs perfectly fine once it starts. It starts right up on cold start with no issues at all. Mods are 2jzgte head/ge block, map ecu, usdm 550cc injectors with tt resistor pack, single turbo jdm ecu. Its quite annoying having to pop my hood everywhere i go.
