Default ARP flywheel bolts torque specs question

I have this ARP bolts for the JZ flywheel and it says on their instructions to use the moly lube and torque to 70ft lbs.

Now, if I use that ARP moly lube there are chances that oil might leak. Should I use red Loctite instead?

TSRM says to torque OE bolts 36ft. Lbs + 90 degree turn. But I guess this does not apply to ARP bolts.

That moly lube has something to do with torquing it down to 70ft lbs.. just like for the headstuds.Would it be okay to use Red loctite?

I think it's 85ft lbs with motor oil and around 60 with red locktite. I used black fipg and went to 75ft lbs. They have not fallen out yet, but we shall see...
