Hi, you posted in the wrong section.
Your door hinge is worn out, it is not serviceable.. you need a better condition one or a new one.

You could try this first, but it doesn't really address the issue properly or may not help at all. The hinge will need to eventually need to be replaced. You can really take the paint off or in worse case pinch and dent the fender.
