Default Jerky shifting...Interesting...

My 1992 SC400 has been having rough shifting. Any gear, when it shifts down it does a little noticeable jerk. I read up and need some opinion.
Interesting though to have this "jerk" with everything that has been done to the vehicle...
-New tranny mounts
-Transmission is turquoise, so it must be rebuilt
-No cracked/disintegrated differential bushings and rubber
-no slack in driveline/throttle cable

I have not:
Set the TPS
Touched the engine mounts
Added oil recently...but it's full

Suggestions anyone?

For the record, it has always had this jerk with the downshifting deal...it seems to be getting more and more noticeable so that is the reason I am looking into correcting it because it's not correct.
Thanks

I would inspect the trannt mount and the engine mounts first.

Tranny mounts: new
Engine mounts: Probably need replacing...but engine mounts would cause more jerky acceleration and deceleration as well...thanks, I think I'm going to replace the engine mounts soon...Any others?
