Question Will a 2005 sc430 Differential work in an sc400?

Nevermind, heard you can just swap the oem flange onto the sc430 diff and it should work fine, can't delete this thread though.

As you discovered, you absolutely can swap an SC430 diff into an SC300/SC400 (and vice versa) with a simple companion flange swap.

Note that the SC430 came with two different axle ratios during its production run:

2002-2006 got a 3.266:1 final drive ratio
2007-2010 got a 3.769:1 final drive ratio

Same differential pumpkin/housing/mounting design for all SC430 model years. There was no SC sold for 2001.

I'll leave this thread up just because it's good quick information for anyone looking.
