so my swap is all done idles like a boss, but when going WOT at around 3k rpm it misfires.

Here's what I know

It will go above 3k but misfires randomly on the way up

with part throttle there is no issue.

Boost peaks and holds at .8 BAR so 11.8-12 psi

spark plugs are set to .028 they are iridium blah blah 6s cant remember atm

I have researched a ton and it teems the 95 up cars have a fix but i cant find anything on earlier ones.

any help is greatly appreciated

When I did a 1.5JZ swap, I had the same exact problem. I did everything that you can think of. Checked my wire harness for opens, shorts, got new plugs, adjusted the TPS, readjusted the TPS some more, etc and gave up on it. I sold the car, the new owner replaced the coils and it stopped stuttering.

I checked all the coils, I couldnt see any damages except for a hariline crack. didnt think anything of it. I read somewhere that you should wrap the stems with some heatshrinking tube. I tried that but the damage was done.
