Sc300 1996 low idle?

Recently my car has started to a low idle, I know my oil is low and will change it ASAP but im noticing that my coolant reservior is empty.

I refilled it the other day and again it goes to empty , filled up radiator as well with coolant mixture seemed to run fine for a bit but low idle sitting at 600-900 sometimes 1000.

Any ideas?

When my car is at normal operating temperature i idle at 600-900 rpms as well, never thought it was a problem as it's always done this and drives just fine.
