Unhappy Aristo swap in my 93 sc300 Wont start. fuel and spark are good!

Finnally got the engine in my car and she wont fire. I'm using my harness, intake, TB. The only thing that is still aristo is the distributor.
I checked for spark. Pass
Fuel. pass
Double check every sensor connection. pass
Next i went to the OBD plug and jumped the correct pins. The cel light flashes every .5 seconds and doesnt stop. I counted 100 flashes and game up. "TRAC" light also displays, along with the flashing "O/D OFF" light.
I just dont understand why it wont fire. It doesnt even spit and spudder like its trying to start.
Could the distributor be 180 out something like that
Tomorrow im going to check compression.

im having very bad luck with this swap.

It worked last week with the old engine. Wouldn't that cause no spark?

I have spark.. so that rules out the ignighter. I really think the distributor is not timed right. causeing it to spark at the wrong time.

OP was probably was referring to the Lexus GS300 which is the Toyota Aristo in Japan which had the GE motors (with distributor)

The Toyota Aristo JZS147 and Toyota Aristo V300 JZS161 were GTE motors (without distributor)
