I wasn't able to test continuity at the grounds last night as my battery died. I will have to do it tonight. I did check the grounds though to make sure they were connected and not broken.
I do have a question about how you have your 12v source for your injectors and igniter wired? I have both of mine bridged to one 12v source. I'm wondering if that would cause an issue? Both coming from the same place?
This is on the orange plug in the kick panel of the passenger side.

Battery life has nothing to do with continuity. Set the meter to ohms, and put one lead on one wire and the other lead on the other end of said wire, it's destination or what not. If nothing registers on the meter you either have a break in the circuit or you have chosen the wrong wire.
Sounds like your car is entirely wired wrong. I'd pull it and start over and do it properly. Injectors and ignition should be wired to plug IJ1, pins 3 and 7.

I meant the battery on my meter.
The engine was running before in my SC300. I've changed three wires according to the wiring instructions in the 1JZ into SC400 thread, so the wiring cannot be that far off.
