Default 1jz extending wires.

What exactly do you do when extending the body plugs. Do you cut the wires and solder in 20-25" extra wire and then attach the body plugs on the ends?

i am following someone here's direction, about only extending harness on the body harness(2 dark gray and yellow and white). now the 4 ecu plugs are way shorted. about 12inch short. so i can only concludes that all wiring nd to be extend same length. the only way , i can see it fit as is to mt 1jz ecu upside down.

the ecu plugs don't need to be extended. just the body plugs, to reach the harnesses near the floor. The ecu can hang there, and it's pretty secure. I haven't had an issue yet.
