Default 1jz hydro fan options

I'm doing my 1jz swap in sc300 and I'm looking at the water pump and its a hydro fan setup, I'm planning on running electric fans anyway so instead of changing the pump now could i just cap the lines from them or can i just remove the lines and leave it open?

You have to convert to a supra tt water pump and pulley.
