The T60 equipped car has since been re dynoed with the following mods, LINK G4 Xtreme computer, bigger fuel system, Chinese inlet plenum(poorly made, needed lots of corrective work to make it acceptable).
It yielded 453hp to the wheels. Note boost was increased from 16psi to 20 psi.

here is an update on my latest effort in pushing the stock CT12A turbo envelope.
The rear turbo has been reversed, allowing 3 inch intakes, and 3" down pipes for each turbo. Each turbo has a bellmouth bolted on the front.Car is very responsive. Currently around 370hp at wheels, with no boost controller or such, on mild timing on 98 octane RON. The exhaust is 3.5". A narrower radiator allows very short intercooler plumbing, with the 4" thick intercooler core mounted where the stock radiator used to be. Bigger injectors and fuel pump to go in next. Cams still to come.

An update.
The car was on the dyno today, with its E85 fuel system(top feed rail, ID1000s, DW300 fuel pump,Aeromotive fuel filter), and delivered 348whp at 4000rpm , but then flatlined from there on.
Then it started losing boost, dropping to 19psi, then 17psi. So it turns out the gaskets between the turbos and the turbo manifold are leaking/blown out. So this will need to be rectified(read $$$$ labour)It is possible this blow out was caused by the flanges (on the manifolds)being slightly warped.
The flatlining power was a mystery, until the tuner spotted a damaged cam angle sensor/plug. With a temporary fix, he pushed it back on , and the car ran 390whp at 20 psi, with the aforementioned (pre turbo)exhaust leak.
So the power is looking OK at this stage.
I have since found out the timing (at the top end) was kept low, due to the exhaust leak, so with proper E85 timing wound in, we could easily be looking at 405-415 whp.
I intend to put cams in soon.

UPDATE.
well the soarer went on the dyno today. Stock turbos, stock cams. Power FC. E85 fuel.
At 21 psi, it made 435hp. peak torque is at approx 3900rpm, and has 348hp by then, so it should be a lot of fun to drive. It is hitting 20 psi by around 3550rpm.
At 22 psi, it lost a fraction of power.
at 25psi it dropped to 418hp or so.
so clearly the turbos are out of efficiency, so i will no longer pursue the high boost route(was aiming for 25psi or more)

update. Recently my 'stock turbo' E85 soarer ran 11.9 sec at 116mph, but seemed to be suffering heat soak.
so i paid attention to under bonnet temps, (and reduced weight by 100 pounds) and the car ran much faster yesterday, doing 11.516sec@121.9 mph. Very pleased.
