This isn't the 1st time this happened....I have 130XXX miles. My car sat for 5xdays and the 1st start up the idle just went up/down 200/1000rpm really rough that it almost stalled.Any ideas? It seems to do it when it sits for a few.

If your RPM's are bouncing, 9 times out of 10 it's your TPS/throttle position sensor. Sometimes they don't go bad, just need to be recalibrated.

It only bounces from a cold start if the car has been sitting for a few days then settles and idles at about 7-800rpm when it warms up.I thought it would need to be recalibrated if it idles high/low all the time?
