Iam actually battling the "fan monster" now. Nxt week when I get my notebook back and I start updating my threads I will have pics.

The is300 is the best of both. Electric but with oem flair.

I brought a unit for my sc swap. Fabbed up some mounts to my supra radiator and viola. The motors don't work. But I scored 2 today for next to nothing.

The is fan shroud has the coolant bottle built in. So u can chuck that sc300 one(like iam doing).

How much did the setup run ya? Did you buy the generic versions off rockauto?

I was looking at the one in rock auto also for the IS3, it looks like it's remanned.

I plan to use a Ford Taurus Fan for my swap though.

If you do, go with a Taurus SHO fan.

Really? Didn't know there was a difference. I used the same fan that I used in my MKIII with a 1uz, never had an issue with it, but I also didn't have A/C

An s-blade fan is typically quieter than a straight bladed fan.
