Man you should cut the spark plug covers off, and just leave the cam sprocket cover on. Would look nice, I just did it to my car last night after seeing your engine without the spark plug covers on. Nice clean cut.
BTW where did you get your spark plug wires from>?

Yeah, I couldn't believe I couldn't just grab some NGK wires for my SC like I always did with my other cars. I'm using AutoZone specials, mostly because the Bosch they sell for 50% more has the exact same specs.

I do, but I gotta dig them up from a friends camera
As for the blue plug wires, I got them from rockauto.com. They are NGK's and of very nice quality. Best OE style wires you can get and they are only $84!!!!!

wow just bone stock and all that boost? do you think that it will stand up to a supercharger with 8-14psi of boost a mild cam and a wet shot of nitrus? because i think thats where i want to go with my sc4 just dont want to go all crazy with boost on my daily driver just have a good power bump and spray the nitrus at the strip.

Awesome setup, everything looks and sounds great. as to the guy asking if you can just run 8-14 psi and nitrous, you do realize the op is running e85 which is why he can run that much boost. It wouldn't be wise to try the same thing on pump gas, let alone with nitrous.

I've been wanting to 2j my ls400 but this make me want to keep the 1uz..how much was the kit to mount the
r154 to the 1uz..the kit i saw was like $1600 without the r154..thats what initially turned me off from a manual conversion..i felt as if i might as well but a 1 or 2j

dude love it! im putting an H1C holset on my 1uzfe/w58, yeah yeah i know the w58 is gonna go bye, bye, buuut it will do while i work out the bugs. since your clutch is rated to 600ft/lbs and slipping its safe to assume this setup is 600+? the haltech and the e85 make this setup soooooo much better then mine is going to be- stock ecu cartech fmu, 315cc, walbro for now.
