Default 2jz swap problem

So this past weekend I swapped in a younger 2jzge that I upgraded with arp headstuds and a gte headgasket and now I can't get it to start. It cranks, has spark and can here the fuel pump and its priming but no turnover. It has a 4runner dizzy cap and the wires are plugged in right. I used the same wiring harness from the old engine and plugged everything back in. Only thing is that there is a male plug on the engine harness that I cannot find another female plug for. It is a 2 wire plug that comes from the part of the harness under the intake manifold and it hangs close to the brake booster. I'm open to any suggestions right now as I just want my baby to run again. And I'll try to supply any more info that is needed to help me sort this out.

Compression, make sure timing is good. Recheck all connections. Fuses.

In cases like this, its usually the obvious.

Everything was set to tdc, and I'll try to do a compression test. And everything worked fine before the swap.
