Subframe swap???
Hey guys i know the answer im looking for is somewhere in the forum but i cant find it,
so my question is that, i have a sc400 and i want to put in a 2jz-gte and ive read that i need to get motor mounts from a sc300 and customize them in the car.
but i was thinking that if i just replace the sc400 subframe with the sc300 subframe, it would have the motor mounts already there, and also would be more structurally stronger then making motor mounts,
so does anyone know if this would work??

i don't think iridebmx read your FULL post. SC300 and SC400 use the exact same subframes ergo they will swap but the swap accomplishes nothing since they are identical.
The difference between SC300 and SC400 is in the motor mounts and the metal brackets that attach to the engine.
