You should try to get a new alternator plug in that has 4 or so inchs of wire to resplice onto the wiring harness. If you dont have a local junkyard with the right year car, try some forumn related used part suppliers.

Back in my 93 SC400 kick panel, do not see the panel with 3 plugs and the integration relay. Can Teckgreek tell me for sure this is for a 93 SC4? On the J/B 1 schematic, there is a panel on the left which I have and a panel on the right with inte. relay that I dont. Thanks

How many relays do you have down there? As far i can remember, there were only two black relays, one for the fog lights, and the "integration relay".
I still have yet to diagnose my problem, but then again i haven't looked into that hard yet. I plan to just tear down the interior to get a good look at everything electrical, hopefully i'll figure something out cause at this rate, my car will be permanently in lockdown/limp mode.

I think your 98 has less black relays and an integration relay. I was hoping to get Techgreek to verify that but after looking around and digging deeper Im pretty sure Im right. My symptoms were diff. than yours, but they both involved trans. shifter locked out. My 93 also has a big emerg. flasher, a red and a gray flasher.

Sorry, these are for the 95 SC300 which can be slightly different (but the majority of the stuff is the same).
Hossier95 - That's BAD. You're definitely going to want to have at LEAST the proper amperage that came in the car (I believe they changed in late 94 - Auto/Manual changes amperage too). Go to Lexus and/or call by the VIN and see what was supposed to come on your car (Round Plug, Oval, etc).
pieisgude - Did you check the vehicle speed sensor on the transmission? If your ABS and P/S module can't get the vehicle speed it won't be able to function.

I thought about that, but wouldn't that cause a CEL? Mine does not. Where on the tranny is it located? Im assuming its the same for a 95?
Also, a friend reccomended that i somehow reset the anti-theft system. Is that something that's even doable on our car (he had similar problems on his pontiac and reseting solved it)?
Again, thanks for the help.

Alright, well, i'll update this probably saturday when i have time to actually diagnose the problem, but my interior is almost completely out, just have the dash, center console, and carpet to do. Then, i can finally figure out what the hell is wrong with this.
