hey VS... i posted about this about 2 weeks ago in the Engine section, but Area51 could not give me an answer. I guess you spoke to the right people!
they're in my area, so hopefully i'll be able to check it out in person. Maybe they can do us a special deal for CL members. I'm sure you won't be the only one jumping on this...

I'm sure I'm not the first one. But the guy I spoke with said I was the first to be told that the R&D is completed and it will be going on production for sure. Therefore #1. I also told them that I will be driving in from NY for the install from them. They said I will be #1 on their list. he he he

other shop installations??
Will appropriate assembly, test and tune documentation come with the parts for those who can't (dont want to) drive 1,000,000 miles to have it installed. I'm thinkin' order it,... drop ship to performance shop of choice and install locally.... ??? is that crazy or sane?

I don't know about documentation. Since it is a kit it should come with everything. The rep @ area51 and I will be in touch once a week so I will keep you guys posted.
I will post the complete details on the 1st post of this thread as I learn more.

No estimated on HP numbers, but 5-6psi should give minimum 125rwhp no?
System need no other upgrades. Its designed to work in the car's stock form.
Luthor: I really wanted a turbo system, but I can't wait anymore. I'm defecting to belt drivers.

How much would installation be for this kit? 5-6PSI with compressor driving losses will yield more like 80-100 rwhp. Not bad for a cheap kit... I wonder why all these turbo and superchargers are coming out of the woodwork now. I'm going to guess that since I finally decided to set up a turbocharger system on my car (and consequently make a kit for resale) that all the other companies capable of doing it realized they needed to get on the ball right away.

Ahhh
Nice price..nice kit..nice performance.
BUT superchargers are freakin LOUD.
That whining noise is a dead giveaway.
But I'd like to see what happens w/these other cars.

Hate to deflate your ego Max, but it's got nothing to do with you. With the market now saturated with every available part for the 2JZ, and the ability to build a 1000hp I6 with all off-the-shelf parts, it's only the natural progression of things to move on to the 2JZ's 'bigger brother.' I've only waited about eight years to see it happen . Anyway, until I see some dyno numbers, it's just talk right now, hoping someone will finish up and throw down some dyno sheets. Until then, still planning on building a 2JZ. D, I feel ya as far as going for the blower, keep me posted on all the latest info, k? Sorry I can't make it to tomorrow's meet, have some 'collections' to take care of, but isn't it supposed to rain anyway?

Oh yeah baby!
Just what my headers needed a friend…
All I need now is a CL finance offer, God I knew sooner or later I could spend more money on this car than I could make in a lifetime. Oh well, ya got to go some time why not go in style with a little speed added. Keep us posted.
