Default Replacing drivers side key cylinder

Is this an easy fix for a lock smith or does it need to be done by a dealership. My remote still works along with all of the other cylinders. ie passenger, ign, trunk. but the Drivers door will not budge left or right.
thanks for any direction tips or advice.its a 92 SC 400.

So After making a few phone calls. This is where I am at. The cylinder is 186.73+tax at the dealership. Locksmith said he would look into his prices. But suggested trying wd40 in the lock first just to give it a good flush of grime and dirt. I had read that here but was a bit tentative do to the electronics in the lock. But he assured me it wouldn't be a problem. Anyone found better pricing on the cylinders? I know the dealership can be a bit excessive sometimes. But Im not sure if this a part that is available elsewhere.
