Default Is it time for a new ECU?

the same rough idle, stuttering around 1500-2000 RPM etc that 10+ other threads report.

I have now tried:

Fresh plugs and cables
New fuel filter
Unplugged the MAF and issue didn't change.
Jumpered the fuel ECU, no change.
Bought a new coil, swapped out each side in turn and no change, returned new coil
Replaced Engine Coolant Temp sensor
Cleaned AICV
Adjusted TPS with Meter
Replaced Caps/Rotors
checked all plugs, nothing fouled
No vacuum leaks

So I can't think of anything else besides a new/used ECU?

I found one at a local U-Pull it for $40, so that's less than alot of the other things I have tried...

Well even as a troubleshooting step, if I can get a used one for $40. I would hope that even if the used one isn't good, that the symptoms wouldn't be EXACTLY the same, or the odds are against it anyways. I was just reasoning that $40 is a lot cheaper than even one hour of shop time if I were to have it professionally diagnosed.

So are you saying that a bad ECU can actually take down the sensors themselves with it?
