Question on replacing the MAF..

Default Question on replacing the MAF..

When you replace the MAF sensor, do you have to replac e the entire body, or can you just replace the black sensor that mounts on the top?

I find them online and they are like $400-600-ish for the entire unit but I assumed I really only needed to replace the electronic part.

Mine has the honeycomb grill on the outside end of it and none are bent or clogged.
