Default Another 2jzgte swap question.. please help!

finishing up me gte swap and have a frustrating coolant leak at the firewall... question is what heater hose are your running custom, ge or gte and part numbers if you have them... both inlet and outlet... pics? any help would be greatly appreciated

I bypassed the heater core and just looped it back to the engine with hoses from the local auto parts stores.With a single or twins enough heat should be produced to not need a heater.

I have heard TT supra heater hoses will work but cant confirm it.

For the union on the back of the head, just use your original 2jzge hose from the original engine and run it to the heater valve just like the GE. The other hose runs from the firewall to the metal coolant line that runs up on the passenger side. This is a stock TT Supra hose. Part number I can have tomorrow.

I dont know if this helps being a 1jz, but what hose are you talking about the red or green one? I ended up going to NAPA calipers and finding the right one that fits.

TT supra part number you need is 87245-1B330. This comes out of the driver side port of the heater core.
