Default 98+SC's & IS3 Fuel mods

So with another new turbo on the way i'm limited on cash, I know i can run low boost safely on stock fuel setup, but the problem I guess is the returness part on the VVT i's. My question is, is there any cheap not huge upgrades to mess up computer, like an injector upgrade from a turbo car or anything I can do with out buying and running a return line, I did the 12V mod last year, and have a brand new 255hp and adj FPR just sitting now cause I was told I cant use till I go return line. Any suggestions on this?
