Default 92 SC400 Shift Solenoid Help

So I went to the junkyard today and picked up some solenoids not sure what solenoids they are but they are solenoids lol. The reason i got them is because my car tends to go from first to fourth out of nowhere sometimes. After research and answers from fellow cl members im guesssing its the shift solenoids.. Has anyone replaced them? Outcome? Pictures?

BTW I PICKED UP 3 SETS SO IF ANYONE NEEDS SOME LET ME KNOW
