Problems with my starter wiring
Ok, so my car has a 1JZ swap and the wiring to the starter isn't exactly good, I was told by the person I bought it from that it was wired for starting with out the clutch being engaged, and it is, as I read from the orignal owner that did the swap posts.
But as in the orginal owners posts, I'm having the same problem with a wire with a plug on the end of it hanging lose and a red wire that has an exposed tip also just hanging there, there seems to be a spot for the plug to go into but it doesnt click down, nore does it work when i put it in there, as for the red wire, which I think is what jumps the starter without the clutch being engaged is also hanging without a location to be attached to aside from the black plug wire which has a peice of exposed section wire near the plug.
Hopefully that made sence to someone. I'll link the orginal post from the swap with a little bit more detail about the problem in just a sec.
